User Agreement

Using Aurielle means you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and stop using the Service.

Aurielle offers AI-assisted image generation and enhancement, including themed templates and related creative tools. Features may change, pause, or be removed without advance notice.

No separate username, password, or email is required to start. Launching the app creates a device-linked profile so credits, history, and purchases stay on that device.

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Portrait imagery submitted for generation is processed to fulfill your request and is not kept for identification.

• Subscriptions: Plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation: Manage renewals in your Apple or Google account. We cannot cancel store subscriptions for you.
• Credit packs: One-time credits are billed via Google Play, the App Store, or other methods we support. Credits are not cash and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.
• Refunds: Follow the store’s refund policy and applicable law.

Do not upload illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service beyond personal use without written permission. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Aurielle’s software, branding, templates, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process it solely to operate the Service. That license ends when the content is deleted after processing or when you remove generated works from your library, as applicable.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Use Aurielle at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the Service is limited to amounts you paid for Aurielle in the twelve months before the claim.

This Agreement follows the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is established. Please try to resolve disputes with us informally first. If that fails, disputes may go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
