How we handle your data

• Uploads: Photos (and other media you choose to submit) are used only to fulfill your generation request, then deleted after processing unless briefly needed for delivery, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
• Outputs: Generated images and videos may be retained for up to 24 hours so you can view, download, or share them. They are automatically deleted from our servers after this period.
• Device & diagnostics: IP address, crash logs, and technical diagnostics help us secure and improve the Service.
• Device-linked profile: Device identifiers, session tokens, credit balance, purchase records, and task history. No username or password is required to start.
• Optional feedback: If you contact us, we may receive your message, optional attachments, and basic device details needed to investigate.
• Permissions: Photo library or camera access is requested only when you pick or capture content. On Android we use the system Photo Picker where available. You can revoke permissions in Settings.

• Uploads are processed only to produce the creative result you asked for.
• We do not use uploads for facial recognition, identity checks, advertising profiles, or biometric analysis.
• We do not collect, extract, create, or store facial landmarks, face geometry, face maps, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or other biometric profiles.
• We do not use your uploads to train marketing models or for unrelated advertising.

Aurielle lets you optionally submit portrait photos so we can generate AI creative results.

• We do not perform face matching, identity verification, or biometric authentication.
• We do not collect, extract, create, or store facial landmarks, face geometry, face maps, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or other biometric profiles.
• Portrait uploads are used solely to complete the generation you requested and are not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, user profiling, identity recognition, or AI model training.
• Source images are processed only on infrastructure we operate, are not sent to any third-party AI service, and are deleted automatically after the generation process is completed.
• Generated images and videos are retained for up to 24 hours for result delivery and retrieval, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers.
• We do not sell, rent, license, disclose, or share uploaded portraits or face-related data with third-party AI providers, advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

We use information to run Aurielle, complete generation jobs, maintain credits and purchases, respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, meet legal obligations, and improve product quality.

Aggregated or de-identified statistics may help us understand feature performance. That information does not identify you personally.

Apple and Google process payments and subscriptions under their own privacy policies.

• Crash and diagnostic providers may receive anonymized technical reports.
• Attribution or analytics partners may receive limited, non-content device or campaign signals to measure installs and marketing performance.
• Uploaded portrait images are processed only on servers and infrastructure we operate.
• We do not transmit uploaded portraits, face-related data, biometric data, or face-derived data to any third-party AI service.
• We do not sell face data to advertisers or data brokers.

Uploaded source media is kept only as long as needed to finish the requested generation.

After the generation process is completed, source uploads are deleted automatically. Generated images and videos are retained for up to 24 hours for result delivery and retrieval, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers.

We do not retain facial landmarks, face geometry, face maps, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or other biometric profiles because we do not collect or create such data.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, limit certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

You can delete individual creations in the app, request deletion of account-related data, or contact us below. We will respond within a reasonable period required by law.

• Age: Aurielle is not intended for anyone under 18, or under the digital consent age in your region if higher.
• Cross-border processing: Information may be processed outside your country, with safeguards where required.
• Policy changes: We may update this policy. Material updates will be posted here. Continued use after changes may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
